if your asking me, i lost all the respect for reinhart just a week after his dyno tune.

last saturday i installed a 1/2" shorter belt and i did it all in 45 minutes with minor help from my girlfriend since i dont have three hands. the wizard himself installed an easier, longer belt, in two hours, while i was telling him he was doing certain things wrong, but never listen, he walked away and i told his helper, follow my lead, reinhart gets back from the office two min.. after and the belt was on.
then he charges me 100 dollars for putting my belt in.
i didnt have a problem at the time bcuz i was excited about finally going full throttle on my car. then the second time i do so the check engine light comes on at 110mph. after 500 dollars.
i call him and he wants to install parts to find the problem. im only 23 years old and i have been an RV tech for 3 years and the first thing i noticed in the field is first you troubleshoot, find the problem, then change the part and fix the problem.

If you paid him with a CC and feel he took advantage....call your CC company and dispute the charges.....may not get much but at least it will be a "Warning Shot"!!

He screwed my OEM tune file way back and I ain't been back....even to punch him in the nose!!!

I was just going to say file a dispute with your credit card company, also is there a "Better Business Bureau" in Florida? If so go to them and if he balks remind him of all the unhappy posts from customers here and on .net

I'm F'n shocked...honest. The fact that he is still in business is testament to the truth many of us for a long time have held. The ownership failed the members! Many have been been very critical of MM.Net over this issue. For years the ownership covered up his lying azz. Squashing critical posts and refusing to allow those he burned to warn other members of the truth. That situation and others caused the split from MM.Net by MCM, and the migration of membership to our clubhouse, me included. It has cost MM.Net a lot of contributing members and a loss of operating dollars and respect from many. Some of the membership at .net are also enablers as they have also covered for him in a shameful manner. I have never been able to understand the "he did a good job for me so even tho you got screwed he is a good guy and others should still go to him." Nothing like standards. I have friends in the Marauder community who fall into the catagory. The fact that they fail to recognize Reinhart's lack of character is concerning to me. I think they know that. I also think that their turn in the barrel can come at any moment as several of the apologists have consequently been burned badly. Sorry for the rant..... I guess it still hurts that people are still being abused. Good businesses are going down the drain daily due to the recession but this slime bucket is still out there screwing good people who trust him to do the right thing. Unfortunately he has chosen to prove time after time that his concern for the right thing does not extend past his wallet. Dennis.

Here is the real BS, people like this guy get screwed because they just dont know. And here is the real kicker, slimehart is not in good status with the BBB BUT he gets an A rating!!! If everyone that he wronged contacted the BBB in his area and voiced their concerns his complaints would rise and the BBB rating would crash like it should. I will be the first to admit I almost fell into his trap, luckily I could not come up with the money and was able to find out what a fraud he was before it was too late.

Blackbeauty1, I am not trying to hijack your post by any means, please contact your credit card company(assuming you used a CC to pay him) and have the charges stopped!!! Then proceed to the link for the BBB and slam him for fraud and deception. I bet you get your money back. For what its worth, start a new thread and see where people in your area go to get work done, there is no better place to do research compared to this site. I have folders and folders of print outs from the info here, best of luck getting money back and your ride fixed

BTW I remember a post on .net by Zack about the tubing DR was using for the fuel pumps not being rated as submersible in fuel There was a picture that showed the line on the pumps and the rating of the line was not gasoline compatable, the post disappeared fast! There is a chance as another member said that there is not two pumps like he promised or he could have used rubber line that failed when submersed in the fuel which could make the pumps pump normal but back into the tank.
