2011 GT500

I have had the extreme pleasure of piloting many of these in the last several months. The exhaust tone is amazing!! I want one bad!!!

great links. I know the coup is the classic Mustang, but the vert. is pretty sweet.

Not that I have that kinda $

Not that I can afford one, but I really put some thought into whether I'd buy the glass roof coupe or the convertible. Tough choice, but I think I'd pick the glass roof because you can enjoy the cockpit filled with light - regardless of the weather. Yep - there's nothing like a convertible - but I'd take the glass roof.

I'd really like it if the glass roof could slide open - or if there was a glass roof, hardtop convertible option. Best of both worlds.

Driving the car with that exhaust - it's like playing Jimi Hendrix's guitar rig at woodstock - all powerful and monster tone, Honestly can't get enough of it.

Just for S's and G's, I ran an OASIS report on B5100001 and it was a Shelby GT500 Conv with 20s in the rear and 19s in the front.

As for the Glass roof, I'll take one in a 2010 Mustang GT.

Yup, thats a beauty

That exhaust note is perfect, and I the best part is the navigation screne poping up the cobra GT 500 logo and under it the words have a nice day! Anyone need a liver or kidney??? I have two and for the right price (of a '11 GT 500) you can have them!!

I didn't know about the new for 2011 aluminum block 5.4!
Taking 120 lbs off the front end is great for that car.
Neat molten spray cylinder liner technology....I like how Nissan had to license the process from FORD for their GTR V6.

(IMHO: The new, narrower LeMans stripes are not as good looking.)
